  • 1973
  • Our company was first established under the name Tai Sung Company on January 23, 1973. Working with only 12 employees and imported parts from Japan's NIPPON DENSO and JIDECO Tai Sung became the first professional manufacturer of wiper motors in Taiwan.
  • 1985
  • In order to meet market demand, we began producing radiator, air conditioner, and blower motors. By the end of 1985, Tai Sung controlled 50% of the Taiwanese market for DC motors.
  • 1987
  • To signify the Tai Sung's growth and to accompany an ambitions diversification strategy Tai Sung changed its name to Majesty Electric Co., Ltd. Sales increased as Majesty worked closely with domestic trading companies.
  • 1996
  • Majesty enlarged the scale of operations and began to directly export to the international market. Through participation in national and international auto parts exhibitions, Majesty became well known among foreign auto parts customers.
  • 1997
  • Majesty entered the US market and developed specialized motors for European farming vehicles including tractors and seeding machines.
  • 1999
  • Majesty expanded the scope of it's import and export business by establishing a subsidiary company called Fresh Electric Co.
  • 2000
  • Majesty successfully entered into Central and South American markets. The new markets included: Puerto Rico, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, and Ecuador.
  • 2001
  • Majesty earned ISO 9001:1994 certification. Additionally, Majesty gained official approval to export from the Government of Iran and began to directly sending products to Iran and other Middle Eastern countries including Dubai and Kuwait.
  • 2003
  • Majesty was ISO 9001:2000 certified. In order to satisfy American and European demand, Majesty started the development of wiper motors for boats and other marine vehicles.
  • 2004
  • Majesty began mass production of marine wiper motors. Also in 2004 the company began to operate as an OEM supplier for several international companies.
  • 2005
  • Majesty opened a new state of the art factory and began operations under the new name Well-Tech Electric Co, Ltd. Working in cooperation with domestic academic institutions, including National Cheng Kung University, Well-Tech began development of a brushless motor.
  • 2006
  • Well-Tech's research and development team successfully developed the technology for the Brushless DC Motor. This innovation will allow Well-Tech to offer environmentally friendly products that satisfy strict environmental regulations. Additionally, as part of the preparation for the TS-16949 certification process, we upgraded both our facilities and management structures.
  • 2007
  • Well-Tech launched an ambitious campaign to strengthen its' position as an OEM/ODM supplier. Furthermore in 2007, Well-Tech will be making an aggressive marketing push into the growing markets in Central and Northern Africa.
